CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the custom-curated experience that we have been able to design, in conjunction with our partners and affiliates, all packages will have a strict cancellation policy and refund policy. To cancel your package and/or purchase, please e-mail cancellations@wannahavefunllc.com and must include your full name, e-mail address, order number, package name purchased and the last four (4) digits of the card used to complete purchase or method of payment used to complete purchase.

PACKAGES PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF INITIAL PURCHASE

Payments that fall under this category are available for a refund, minus applicable processing fees, within thirty (30) calendar days from the initial purchase date by 5:00 PM EST on the 30th day. We will only offer the refund to the method of payment used to make the original transaction. (For Example: If your trip is paid in full on January 1st, you have until January 31st at 5:00 PM EST to cancel for a refund.)

Any cancellation initiated after the deadline date and time becomes non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cash refunds, card refunds or digital credits.

PACKAGES PAID THROUGH A PAYMENT PLAN OR THROUGH 3RD PARTY MERCHANTS (INCLUDING PAY-OVER-TIME)

Payments that fall under this category are available for a refund, minus applicable merchant processing fees, within seven (7) calendar days from the first payment date by 5:00 PM EST on the seventh (7th) day. We will only offer the refund to the method of payment or merchant used to make the initial transaction. (For Example: If your payment plan starts on January 1st, you have until January 8th at 5:00 PM EST to cancel for a refund.)

Any cancellation initiated after the above mentioned deadline date and time, becomes non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cash refunds, card refunds merchant refunds or digital credits.

PAYMENT PLAN INSTALLMENTS THAT ARE MISSED

All Payment Plan installments must be made by their scheduled due date. Any payment plan or payments that is missed by one (1) calendar day, will subject the entire package to an immediate cancelation with no refunds on any monies paid by the cancelation date.

 

EXCHANGES OR PACKAGE TRANSFERS

 

Packages are not eligible to be exchanged for any reason and are only valid for the initial purchaser. Packages are not eligible to be transferred to another party or person. Reselling any packages for personal or professional gain is strictly prohibited. Wanna Have Fun LLC reserves the right to cancel any package in violation of these rules or due to any misconduct, without notice. These cancelations are effective immediately and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
